2025 $1 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles - Splinter 1oz Silver Proof Coloured Coin

Once known as Hamato Yoshi, Splinter is the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles' sensei, or ninjutsu teacher. 

Exposed to the same mutagenic coze that transformed the TMNT into crime-fighting superheroes, he is also the brothers' adoptive father, intelligent, wise, calm and highly experienced.

Splinter coaches his proteges in patience, discipline, and morality while being a formidable martial arts master himself. His strength, agility, and fiercely protective nature never fail in the face of danger.

The coin portrays a coloured image of Splinter in a fighting pose with an explosive burst in the background.

The design also includes the inscription 'SPLINTER' and The Perth Mint's 'P' Mintmark.

Struck by the Perth mint from 1oz 99.9% pure silver, the coin is issued as legal tender under the authority of the Government of Tuvalu.

The Perth Mint will release no more than 5,000 of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Splinter 2025 1oz Silver Coloured Proof Coins.

The coin’s obverse portrays the Jody Clark effigy of His Majesty King Charles III, and the monetary denomination.

Accompanied by a numbered certificate of authenticity, the coin is one of eight TMNT character coins scheduled for release. Each piece comes in a presentation box and shipper which can be stacked together to form a city scape scene.
