Tracked Parcel : $11.50 (only available for orders under $100) No Signature Required. Australia Post Require Signature on Delivery for all Coin & Banknote parcels over $100. Please ensure you select the correct Shipping Rates to ensure your order is covered. If you chose not to insure your order, Coin City takes no responsibility or liability for orders that are lost by Postal Carrier. Coin City will not refund/replace items lost in transit. 

Receipted/Registered Parcel : $14.50 - Signature Required.

We reserve the right to charge additional freight costs for unusually large, bulky or heavy orders, we will advise you prior to shipping.

Shopify Payments : Shopify payments are processed through Shopify third party provider. 

Please Note : We do not refund Paypal/Shopify Fees if you order in error/cancel an order (where quantity limits may be in place) as Paypal/Shopify does not refund the fees to us.

If your order is considered a possible fraudulent order/transaction we reserve the right to cancel the order and/or request payment via Bank Transfer.

International Customers : 

Due to Australia Post changes in policy for the shipping of Coins & Banknotes overseas. We can no longer ship Internationally and be covered by Australia Post Insurance.
