2025 $1 ANZAC Day Coin & Stamp Cover PNC - Postcards from the Front.

ANZAC Day falls on the 25 April each year, the day Australian and New Zealand troops landed on the Gallipoli peninsula in 1915. Since 1916, it have been dedicated to commemorative activities honouring the courage and sacrifice of the first ANZAC's during World War I and all succeeding Defence Force personnel who have served in times of war and other operations.

The coin features an Australian soldier standing in a contemplative pose, and a motif representing a torch with an eternal flame.

The images are encircled by a representation of rosemary, a symbol of remembrance that grows wild at Gallipoli in Turkey, as well as the inscriptions '25 APRIL' and 'LEST WE FORGET'.

Also on the reverse is the 2025 year-date and The Perth Mint's 'P' Mintmark.

The coin's obverse bears the Dan Thomas effigy of His Majesty King Charles III, and the monetary denomination.

Issued as legal tender under the Australia Currency Act 1965, this uncirculated coin is housed in a beautifully designed card inside an illustrated envelope.
