2023 $1 Perth National Stamp and Coin Exhibition Koala 1oz Silver Coloured BU Coin in Card.

The Perth Mint has just released this exclusive Koala 2023 1oz Silver Coloured Coin as it Perth National Stamp and Coin Exhibition Special.

Struck by the Perth mint from 1oz 99.9% pure silver, the coin is issued as legal tender under the Australia Currency Act 1965.

The Perth Mint will release no more than 2,000 of the Perth National Stamp and Coin Exhibition Koala 2023 1oz Silver Coloured Coins.

The coin features a koala climbing a eucalyptus tree with a 'joey' clinging to its back.

Included in the design are the inscriptions 'KOALA' and The Perth Mint's 'P' Mintmark, as well as the coin's weight, purity and year-date.

The coin bears The Queen Elizabeth II Memorial Obverse, featuring the Jody Clark effigy supplemented with the dates of Her Majesty's reign, and the monetary denomination.

Each coin is presented in a colour card which incorporates a fold-out stand for upright display.
