Geelong's 10th premiership was the prize for a remarkable 16-game wining streak to end the seasons - one of the nest flag-winning runs in AFL history.

On the last Saturday in September, they surged the ball forward, hunted in numbers, tackled with ferocity and seized every key moment; the Swans never stood a chance.

Up forward, their work was cashed in upon by giant spearhead Tom Hawkins three goals and the electric Tyson Stengle's four majors. Isaac Smith snuck into attacked on occasion, too, with his three goals sealing his Norm Smith Medal.

And when the Swans did threaten, classy vetran Mitch Duncan and 250-gamer Zach Tuohy rebounded with composure across half-back.

It was fitting for coach Chris Scott, who for months had set, almost to the minute, his team's path to the Grand Final.

It's not often such plans bear such glorious fruit - true testament to the Cat's dominance of season 2022.

The medallions are housed in a beautifully designed card with a circular window revealing the medallion's reverse and obverse designs.

Each medallion features the words 'AFL GRAND FINAL 2022 - 24 SEPTEMBER 2022 - MELBOURNE CRICKET GROUND'  along with the AFL Logo.

Fixed to the envelope is an official Australia Post $1.10 stamps which is post marked First Day of Issue and the envelope includes Australia Post's Seal of Authenticity.
