2021 20c AC/DC For Those About to Rock Coin & Stamp Cover PNC.For Those About to Rock (We Salute You), released on 23 November 1981, is the eighth studio album by Aussie hard rock legends AC/DC - the eighth to be released in Australian and the seventh to be released internationally.The album is a follow-up to the highly successfulBack in Black(1980) and was the band's first number 1 album in the USA. The album reached number 3 in Australia.Recorded in Paris, this was the third and final collaboration between AC/DC and producer Robert John 'Mutt" Lange. Its iconic title track is based around the Roman tradition of saluting gladiators who were about to enter the battle. The use of cannon fire in the song is said to have come from the band hearing cannons during a televised royal wedding. The album was re-released in 2003 as part of the AC/DC Remasters series.Issued as Australian legal tender, the uncirculated cupro nickel coin is housed in a beautifully designed card with a circular window revealing the coin's reverse and obverse designs.The stamp and coin cover features an illustrated envelope featuring the AC/DC For Those About to Rock Album cover.
