2019 $1 Year of the Pig Coin & Stamp Cover PNCThe Perth Mint and Australia Post have just released this stamp and coin cover to celebrate the lunar Year of the Pig.The birth dates for people ruled by the Chinese Lunar Pig include 1923, 2935, 1947, 1959, 1971, 1983, 1995, 2007 and 2019. Those born under the influence of this sign are said to be honest, loyal, sincere and generous, with a calm temperament.Issued as Australia lega tender, the uncirculated aluminium bronze coin is housed in a beautifully designed card with a circular window revealing the coin's reverse and obverse designs.The coin's reverse features a representation of a domesticated or pet pig, which are typically pink with black markings, along with four piglets, amid stylised foilage.The design also includes the Chinese character for 'Pig, along with the inscription "YEAR OF THE PIG''.
