Similar to the Ram’s Head Dollar produced in 2011, the 2012 Mintmark series will feature a replica of the pre-decimal Australian threepence.

Designed by George Kruger-Gray, the first Wheat Sheaf threepence design was in circulation from 1938 to 1964.The coin is presented in a capsule in a wooden case. The packaging continues the mintmark wheat sheaf theme.

Struck from 99.9% Pure gold to a proof finish, with a very limited mintage of just 2,500 coins, it is available only through ballot.
