This coin and stamp cover features the sugar glider, a small gliding possum, which is nocturnal and native to eastern and northern mainland Australia.
Issued as legal tender under the Australian Currency Act 1965, the uncirculated aluminium bronze coin is housed in a beautifully designed card which fits inside a similarly illustrated envelope with a circular window revealing the coin’s reverse and obverse designs.In this outstanding design, Elise Martinson portrays a little sugar glider joy.
