The Allied Rock-Wallaby is a common sight in the North-East of Queensland, on Palm Island and Magnetic Island. It hops around the rocky cliffs and feeds on the grasses, fruits, seeds and flowers.During the Autumn, the wallaby shed its dark brown fur revealing a lighter coat that provides camouflage against the grasses that sprout around its rocky home.
