The Royal Australian Mint's Land Series will finish in 2009.To conclude the series The Bilby and Frilled Neck Lizard will be the final releases.

The frilled neck lizard is originally pictured on the Australian to cent piece, before being withdrawn from circulation in 1982. This famous reptile, flares it's frill when frightened and accelerates to run on it's hind legs.

Struck from aluminium bronze and housed in a full colour pack, this $1 coin is a fantastic addition to any collection.
