2009 $1 Australia Post Bicentenary Coin and Stamp Cover Letterbox

With more than 2,500 Australians stamps being issued over the past 200 years, stamps mark celebrations, milestones and achievements of the nation.

This year Australia Post celebrates it's own milestone of 200 years and the significance of these stamps.

A collection of 150 stamps appeared around in daily newspapers and the Australian public was asked to vote for it's favourite. 

Narrowed down to just five favourite designs - the Australia Post 200 Years commemorative PNC features the Letterbox stamp together with a coin which also features the letterbox.
