Issued by the Royal Australian Mint and Landcare Australia to help raise awareness about the important of water quality.

It's unique centrepiece is s new one dollar coin, featuring Vladamir Gottwald's stylised reverse design of a tree formed out of flowing waters.

This symbolises the extremely important relationship between water quality and the environment.

Only coins minted on the public coining press at the Royal Australian Mint's Visitors' Centre in Canberra carry this special mintmark.

The revival of the mintmark tradition distinguishes your coin as one of a very special mintage.
